Description

Crispy Bang Bang Chicken is a mouthwatering blend of crunchy, spicy chicken bites tossed in a creamy, tangy sauce. Perfect for gatherings or a cozy dinner at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Set up three bowls: one with seasoned cornstarch, another with beaten eggs, and the last filled with panko breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings.
  3. 3. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Dredge each piece in cornstarch, dip in egg wash, then roll in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. 4. Bake on the prepared sheet for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5. While the chicken bakes, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl. Adjust spice levels as desired.
  6. 6. Toss baked chicken in the bang bang sauce until evenly coated. Serve topped with chopped green onions.
