Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pat the chicken dry and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
- In one bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. In another bowl, mix minced garlic with olive oil.
