  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp dry mustard powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, salt, pepper, mustard powder, ketchup, and half of the balsamic vinegar until just combined.

  4. For the glaze, combine remaining balsamic vinegar with ketchup in a separate bowl and brush over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160Β°F (70Β°C). Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
