- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup ketchup

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, salt, pepper, mustard powder, ketchup, and half of the balsamic vinegar until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- For the glaze, combine remaining balsamic vinegar with ketchup in a separate bowl and brush over the meatloaf.
- Bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160Β°F (70Β°C). Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
