Instructions
- Gather and wash all ingredients; halve cherry tomatoes.
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain, reserving some pasta water.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds), then add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Stir in spinach and red pepper flakes, cooking until spinach wilts (1-2 minutes).
- Combine cooked spaghetti with sautéed mixture in the skillet, adding reserved pasta water for a light sauce.
- Serve hot, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
