- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 12 oz fresh linguine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the linguine until al dente (9-11 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add seasoned chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through (6-8 minutes). Remove from skillet.
