  • 1 cup fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (or 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and cool slightly.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant; add shrimp and spinach until shrimp is pink and opaque.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp mixture with cream cheese, crab meat, sour cream, half of the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; mix until creamy.
  5. Generously fill each shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a baking dish over marinara sauce.
