- 1 cup fresh spinach (or 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and cool slightly.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant; add shrimp and spinach until shrimp is pink and opaque.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp mixture with cream cheese, crab meat, sour cream, half of the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; mix until creamy.
