  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear each side in the skillet for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with chicken broth and paprika until smooth. Pour over the chicken in the skillet.
