Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and pepper until well combined.
- Marinate chicken in half of the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Transfer marinated chicken to a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165Β°F (75Β°C).
- Brush remaining sauce over chicken during the last five minutes of cooking for caramelization.
- Garnish with sesame seeds if desired and let rest before serving.
