Instructions
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Lightly coat each string cheese stick in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into the egg mixture, then roll in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Place the coated cheese sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat to 350°F. Fry cheese sticks in small batches for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
