Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 cup pineapple juice (freshly squeezed or canned)
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 green onions (chopped for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, grated ginger, and lime juice until well combined.

- Remove chicken from marinade (reserve marinade) and place on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- During the last few minutes of grilling, brush reserved marinade over the chicken to enhance flavor.
- Once grilled perfectly, remove from heat and let rest for about 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
