Just kidding… kind of. But seriously, if I were trying to convince you, I’d say you must try this, this, and oh, DEFINITELY this—at least a few times a month!

But first, let me tell you a little about me.

In a nutshell…

I’m Sophia Harper, the recipe-obsessed foodie behind PlatesDaily! I’m always in the kitchen whipping up something delicious—or at least thinking about my next meal. Baking, cooking, and eating are my love languages, and I’m constantly snacking (seriously, it’s a little embarrassing).

I believe in balance: one day, I’m making a super nutritious quinoa salad, and the next, I’m devouring a plate of gooey brownies. Life’s all about moderation, right?

I make 90% of my decisions based on gut intuition (including important life choices), and honestly? It works out most of the time. Oh, and sunshine makes me ridiculously happy—especially if I’m soaking it up on a beach!

Fun fact? I prefer black licorice to red. Yep, I said it. 🤷‍♀️

I live in [Your City/Country] with my favorite little taste-testers who keep me on my toes and remind me why homemade food is always the best. While I have no formal culinary training, I grew up watching my mom cook from scratch and developed a deep appreciation for creating meals with real, wholesome ingredients. And my love for snacking? That definitely comes from my dad—I always knew which pocket had the caramel stash!

In the evenings, you’ll find me reading (for about 15 minutes before passing out), watching way too many food shows, and pretending I can actually do yoga.
