  • 1 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour over the crust in the pan.
  4. Toss sliced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg; layer on top of the cheesecake filling.
  5. Mix oats with brown sugar and butter until crumbly; sprinkle over apples.
